StartByUs uses artificial intelligence in a limited capacity to assist recruiters in evaluating how closely a candidate's profile aligns with the requirements of a specific job posting before the candidate is submitted to an Employer.
The resulting match percentage is provided solely as an informational tool for recruiters and is not visible to Employers or Candidates.
The match percentage does not constitute a hiring recommendation, guarantee candidate suitability or replace human judgment.
StartByUs does not use artificial intelligence to make automated hiring decisions, reject candidates or determine employment outcomes. Employers remain solely responsible for evaluating candidates and making all hiring decisions.
StartByUs does not use customer data to train proprietary artificial intelligence models without appropriate notice and, where required by applicable law, consent.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect our legitimate business interests.
The retention period depends on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.
When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete, anonymize or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with applicable laws and our internal retention practices.
